The school has nine (9) teaching members of staff; two (2) of them are undertaking Doctor of Philosophy in Hospitality and Tourism Degree (PhD). One(1) is undertaking Doctor of Philosophy in Food Science and Nutrition while two (2) are PhD holders and four(4) of them are undertaking a masters in hospitality degree.
